Executive Summary
Sameh Khoury is the Managing Partner for the firm’s CFO, Value Growth, and Exit Planning service lines, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the firm’s advisory board and leadership team, Sameh is focused on expanding Wefinx’s advisory capabilities and evolving the firm to meet the changing needs of business owners across industries.
He has played a key role in the firm’s strategic growth, diversification of services, and innovation initiatives, helping strengthen Wefinx’s position as a modern advisory-led accounting firm built around long-term client relationships and value creation.
Throughout his career, Sameh has held leadership roles within global organizations, bringing experience across finance, operations, strategic planning, and business advisory.
His work has focused on helping business owners improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, build more valuable and transferable companies, and make better strategic decisions through stronger financial leadership and long-term strategic planning.
At Wefinx, Sameh leads the development and execution of the firm’s advisory strategy across all service lines in Canada and internationally. He works closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver data-driven, practical, and forward-looking solutions tailored to the evolving needs of clients and the businesses they are building.

Sameer Khoury is the Managing Partner for the Accounting and Tax service line at Wefinx and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. As one of the senior leaders shaping the firm’s accounting and tax practice, Sameer works closely with his team to drive strategy, operational alignment, technology integration, and market growth opportunities while developing tailored approaches that support businesses through accounting, tax, and financial reporting services.
He is responsible for leading the continued growth and development of the firm’s accounting and tax advisory capabilities, helping business owners improve financial visibility, strengthen reporting, and make more informed decisions.
With more than 30 years of experience, Sameer has provided accounting, tax, and advisory services to a wide range of owner-managed businesses across multiple industries. He has helped clients protect and grow their wealth by developing practical strategies designed to improve tax efficiency and preserve more of what they earn.
Sameer holds both a CPA and CA designation, along with an Executive MBA.
